Why the Prime Minister?

1. I am detained under sections 37 and 41 of the Mental Health Act 1983; the Secretary of State for Justice is directly responsible for my detention. I shall be released when he decides I should be released.
2. For about a decade, too many authorities: MPs, secretaries of state, civil servants, heads of the intelligence services, heads of regulatory bodies (CQC, GMC, SRA, LSB, etc.) have ignored these matters.
3. The Prime Minister himself ignored these matters and the cover-up that was in progress, as he manoeuvred for the position of Prime Minister - I wrote to him reporting these matters: he ignored me and, after he was re-elected to Parliament, the House of Commons shielded him so I could not contact him.
4. The matter is sufficiently serious and we do not wish it to be delayed; he must personally take responsibility.
5. Since a person should not be detained under section without a valid diagnosis and since the Secretary of State for Justice is directly responsible for me and I have repeatedly reported these matters to the Ministry of Justice, it must have a copy of a valid diagnosis that is and has been the basis of my detention since 2015. The Prime Minister must simply:
(i). instruct the Secretary of State for Justice to provide him with such a document. He should receive it within two hours (by email).
(i). If the MoJ does not have such a document, it must ask the Hospital to produce it. No one should be sectioned without such a document. Again, the Prime Minister would have the document within two or three hours.
6. There is no reason the Prime Minister would not be able within four hours, at most, to produce such a document or to admit it does not exist. We are giving him forty-eight hours to do so.
