1. If we agree, and I think we might, that there is more to democracy than merely being able periodically to vote freely and, afterwards for votes accurately to be reckoned, we might also agree that there can be no democracy where such matters are concealed from people. In the absence of such information: (i). voters do not make informed choices and might very well have made a different choices had they been aware of those facts. (ii). democracy is a continuous process: how will people know what matters to direct their MPs and Government to attend to, if such matters are concealed from them. 2. Do we really have democracy if the reports of this website are correct? They include: (i). dozens of unlawful decisions relating to one person by the courts: from county courts to the European Court of Human Rights. (ii). the refusal by the police to investigate or even record serious crimes, where there was clear evidence to show those crimes had been committed or were actually in progress, (iii). breach of freedom of thought: detention of a person on the basis of false diagnoses in NHS hospitals, for more than a decade, and his mistreatment there, (iv). the refusal by Government to govern properly and to abide by our basic values and standards, (v). the refusal by the opposition to oppose and to hold the government to account, and to uphold our values, (vii). the refusal by Parliament to do its job: to hold government and public bodies to account and to uphold the law and our values. (vi). the refusal by news organisations to report these matters and to inform the public it is essentially living in a one party state, where all parties quietly support the destruction of our country.
