1. I was probably discharged in order to transfer me to prison: had I remained under section, I should not have been remanded in custody, in prison.
2. My imprisonment was probably intended:
(i). further to demonstrate their power: they controlled the prisons as well as the hospitals and
(ii). to prevent me from interfering in the process to place me under a longer-term section, which had to be conducted in the crown court.
