1. A person may be sectioned only if they are afflicted with a mental disorder and would pose a danger to themself or others, if not detained. Both conditions must be met.
2. There exists no valid diagnosis of me and I have shown I am not dangerous.
3. The section Order for my detention requires the detaining hospital immediately to inform the Secretary of State for Justice, should I cease to be mentally disordered or dangerous. Upon receipt of such notice, the Secretary of State would be obligated to discharge me.
(i). The Hospital knows there exists no valid diagnosis of me and, therefore, that I cannot be said to be mentally disordered. It refuses to inform the Secretary of State.
(ii). I have reported my unlawful detention to the Secretary of State, provided him with clear proof the diagnoses are false and the opinions I am dangerous are unreasonable, and asked him to produce a valid diagnosis and to show the assertions I am dangerous are valid. He has met neither of these requests.
4. For these reasons, my detention is unlawful.
