Third Attempt at Murder
1. After the attempts of 2020 and
2021 to kill me, I realised the periodical
check-ups, tests and taking of readings (Blood Pressure, etc.) were merely the creation of an official trail of
records to give the false impression I was being treated correctly. Meanwhile, they sought to keep me anxious
through unlawful detention and incessant harassment.
When the opportunity next arose, they would again deny me meaningful medical care and provoke me, to increase the
probability of an attack that might kill me or cause me grave and irreparable harm.
(i). I explained my concerns to the Hospital and told it I would not agree to further tests or observations
of any sort until it produced:
(a). a valid diagnosis and
(b). reasonable answers to my questions regarding my treatment in 2021 and, if it could not do so, formally
admitted it had not provided sufficient medical attention, apologised to me and informed the GMC, CQC and
Secretaries of State for Health and Justice - the Secretary of State for Justice is responsible for my detention
and, consequently, my welfare.
2. Rather than meet those conditions, they cancelled my prescription for medication to manage hypertension,
in August, 2024. They said they feared I might suffer side effects that would not be noticed without carrying out
tests. They particularised kidney damage.
(i). The prescription had been for Ramipril:
chances of side effects are low: kidney damage is, initially, 5% likely.
(ii). If they are to occur, side effects will most likely present within the first year. After a year of
taking Ramipril without side effects, the chances they will present are significantly reduced. Chances of kidney
damage fall to below 2%. Thereafter, they continue to fall.
(iii). After first taking Ramipril, I was tested for two years: no side effects were observed. The chances of
complications are therefore negligible. I pointed this out to the Hospital and General Practitioner. They accepted
those facts but did not issue a new prescription.
(iv). The chances of kidney complications occasioned by High Blood Pressure are much higher than of the same
problems being caused by taking Ramipril - Hypertension and diabetes are the most common causes of kidney disease.
(v). The chances of death or grave and irreversible damage, occasioned by an attack such as a stroke or
heart attack, as a result of High Blood Pressure unmanaged by medication, is much higher than that of side
effects from Ramipril, especially for a person who has tolerated Ramipril well for two years.
3. Primary medical care for the detaining hospital is provided by a surgery: Clover City Practice,
which in turn is part of Primary Care Sheffield.
I put the points, above, to the GP who withdrew the prescription and to each member of the Board of Primary Care
Sheffield. They returned no response.
(i). During a consultation, the GP accepted the points made at No.2, above, but
she refused to issue a fresh prescription.
4. The detaining hospital understands the risks and accepts the points made at No.2, above. It has a duty to
ensure my physical safety and health. It disingenuously suggested my Blood Pressure might have returned to normal.
This is unlikely: the problem persisted for years, my circumstances remain trying - unlawful detention, harassment,
etc.
5. It is unlikely the Hospital, authorities and other organisations (news organisations, etc.) to whom I have
reported these matters would ignore them - absent pressure to do so - especially since it must have been understood
I would file complaints.
