Comparison of first and second Attempts to Murder: Placeholder, not actual timeline.

Triple Waterwheel

1. During my detention, I have developed hypertension (High Blood Pressure). On three occasions, detaining hospitals appear to have taken advantage of this condition to try to kill me or to cause me grave and irreparable harm. The incidents are signposted by the boxes, below.
2. According to the World Health Organisation, hypertension is "one of the world’s leading risk factors for death and dis-ability".
(i). According to the European Stroke Organisation, hypertension is "the most important modifiable risk factor for stroke, significantly increasing the likelihood of both ischaemic and haemorrhagic strokes. Effective detection and treatment could prevent millions of strokes each year."
(ii). More than one-hundred-and-eighty Russian doctors signed a letter stating Mr Navalny's detention, without medication to control hypertension, caused his death.
3. The Crown Prosecution Service's definition of murder is:
"Subject to three exceptions (which constitute partial defences to murder, and result in a conviction for manslaughter) the crime of murder is committed, where a person:

  • of sound mind and discretion (sane)
  • unlawfully kills (not self-defence or other justified killing)
  • any reasonable creature (a human being)
  • in being (born alive and breathing through its own lungs)
  • under the King's Peace (not in wartime)
  • with intent to kill or cause grievous bodily harm (in contrast to the offence of attempted murder, where only intent to kill will suffice)"
The exceptions which reduce murder to manslaughter are:
    "
  1. Killing with the intent for murder but where a partial defence applies, namely loss of control, diminished responsibility or killing pursuant to a suicide pact.
  2. Conduct that was grossly negligent given the risk of death, and did kill ("gross negligence manslaughter"); and
  3. Conduct taking the form of an unlawful act involving a danger of some harm that resulted in death ("unlawful and dangerous act manslaughter").
  4. "
4. The incidents I describe must have been attempts to murder me; my death was a very likely outcome of such deliberate malpractice of medicine and I did make that point to the people responsible.
5 They may yet achieve my death; I continue unreasonably to be denied medication to manage hypertension - since August, 2024.
