Description of the Website
Prime Minister Burnham on Ukraine: "We do not like injustice in this country; we do not like to see innocent people suffering."

1. This website is incomplete: the design is ununiform and even the existing pages are not finished. The
project was still in progress when the Government and intelligence services moved to forestall me.
I decided then to publish it in the incomplete state in which it was attacked.
(i). The main point is that I have been detained for twelve years, on the basis of false diagnoses
and indefensible claims that I am mentally disordered and dangerous. My detention continues indefinitely.
(a). The Government and the intelligence services have tried to kill me
several times. They used the NHS each time; one attempt
involved reputable news organisations.
2. The intention is first that we settle the questions: have I indeed been detained all these years
without a valid diagnosis, and has the Government refused to produce one throughout that time?
(i). If I have been detained lawfully (if there exists a valid diagnosis of me and which proves I am
dangerous), that would put an end to the entire matter.
(ii). If I have been detained unlawfully, a website should be created to present all the facts, and
explanations should be provided as to why this happened. We should then attempt to do what inquiries intend to avoid:
actually to solve the real problem and to prevent its recurrence. There would be much to address, including
corruption of the police, the courts, the entire House of Commons, private organisations and governments,
and organisations in other countries.
3. To this end, everyone is asked to send an email
to the Prime Minister, as suggested here, requesting
he produce a valid diagnosis
that has been the basis of my detention since 2015. The Prime Minister should post his response on a government
website. He should also send me a copy of that response. We have included our address in the mailing list of the
link, so we can count emails sent. If you send the email through the link, we will automatically be sent a copy of
the email.
(i). I ask you to write to the Prime Minister because this is his responsibility.
(ii). If you do not wish to use the link, the email address is: pressoffice@cabinetoffice.gov.uk
(iii). On the page with the suggestions for writing to the Prime Minister,
you will find a template of an email you can send to the Prime Minister. If you use that template, you
need only add your name to the email.
4. If you do not use the link to send your email, please include us in the send-to list (with_our_friends@protonmail.com),
so we can count the emails sent to the Prime Minister. Please ask him to send me a copy of his response to you.
5. When ten thousand emails have been sent, we will ask the Prime Minister to honour those requests within
forty-eight hours. We will then count down the hours on a clock that will appear on the top of each page of this
website.
6. We hope the Prime Minister will not wait for ten thousand people to ask him to behave as befits a
Prime Minister of this country: that he will promptly produce such a diagnosis when we inform him we have published
this website (some might consider it would have been proper for him to do so as soon as the matter was brought to
his attention, which we did in June, 2026, before the website was published).
7. I think this qualifies as an urgent matter: for twelve years a person has been detained in this country,
because he refuses to lie about what the government is doing.
(i). If such a diagnosis is not produced within forty-eight hours of us reminding the Prime Minister that
ten thousand requests that he produce such a diagnosis have been sent to him, we might conclude I am being detained
unlawfully and the Prime Minister has chosen to ignore:
(ii). such unlawful detention and
(iii). ten thousand people who asked him to prove the United Kingdom is still a country that is governed by
law. In other words: the Prime Minister would prove himself careless of the law and contemptuous of those who
would have him uphold it.
(iv). The point could be developed further to observe he would show himself careless of lawlessness in South
Yorkshire, whose police force was responsible for the Hillsborough case and the Rotherham abuse cases and, whose
Chief Constable has ignored the crimes against me, with the tacit support of the heads of the College of Policing,
His Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary, the intelligence services and the Home Office and the mayor of South
Yorkshire, among an interminable list of officials of public and private organisations.
8. You need not live in the United Kingdom or be connected with it to write to the Prime Minister regarding
this matter: it has been argued, in Ukraine (watch the video at the top of this page, for an example), that
everyone, everywhere, ought to be concerned about what happens in countries beyond his own. Everyone has been
encouraged to stand up for the rule of law, human rights and values in Ukraine. This statement is an observation
not a criticism.
We encourage you to approach the people and organisations mentioned on this website and to request their response. We suggest you follow our guidance in doing so.
