Attempts to Prevent Publication of this Website

Briefly:
- The Government and intelligence services sought to prevent me from informing the public of these facts.
- They caused me to lose my bank account, web servers shut down and my web domain.
- It was also likely an attempt to bring about my death by denying me medication for High Blood Pressure and provoking anxiety.
1. The evidence suggests an incessant, malicious and criminal campaign
prosecuted by the Government and intelligence services against me, since at least 2013.
(i). The reasons are not apparent; I am an ordinary person who has lived a quiet and private life.
2. The Campaign deliberately destroyed the business I was trying to build, had me falsely diagnosed with a
mental disorder, and has detained me unlawfully since 2015.
3. Since July, 2015, I received money from the Department of Work and Pensions, as people under sections 37 and 41
of the Mental Health Act do. The application was filed by the hospital.
(i). I used the money to militate against my detention: to file cases with the courts, to buy stationery, to
pay postage for documents I distributed, to pay for telephone calls, to hire servers from a web hosting firm, etc.,
etc.
4. In December, 2024, I wrote to the directors of the intelligence services (MI5 and the Secret Intelligence
Service (MI6)). I informed them of my case and I asked them to fact-check the statements I made, regarding the
campaign against me. I received no response. I continued to return the facts before them.
5. In September, 2025, I informed the Prime Minister, the Secretary of State for Justice, the Leaders of the
main opposition parties (the Conservative Party, Reform UK, the Liberal Democrats and the Green Party), and the
directors of the intelligence services, that I intended to publish a website offering these facts to the public.
(i). I sent them the pages of the incomplete website and I invited them to fact-check the statements I made,
and to indicate flaws therein. I explained I did not wish to make such statements publically, should they not be
correct. I received no response.
6. In September, 2025, I was transferred to the most restrictive ward of the Hospital, on a pretext. It was
my first time on that ward: it had always been deemed too restrictive.
(i). Patients and members of staff were orchestrated to create a pretext to transfer me to that ward and,
there, perpetually to harass me. Details and evidence concerning these points will be displayed on the site-proper.
7. At the start of January, 2026, DWP stopped my payments: it claimed I am a prisoner, transferred to a
mental hospital, and therefore ineligible to receive those payments.
(i). Prisoners are detained under sections 47 or 48
of the Mental Health Act 1983. The DWP knew I am detained under sections 37 and 41;
I am not a prisoner and am eligible to receive those payments.
8. I telephoned DWP and had a social worker from the Hospital explain I have not been transferred to the
hospital as a prisoner. She told them I am detained under sections 37 and 41, I should receive those payments.
(i). I simultaneously filed: an appeal against the Decision and an application for a fresh claim. Whichever
succeeded first would occasion the resumption of payments.
9. Over the next six months, DWP: repeatedly rejected my application and denied my appeals, purely on the
strength of unsupported declarative statements to the effect I am a prisoner. It knew or ought to have known I am
not a prisoner; it refused to qualify its assertions that I am.
10. During that time:
(i). My current account became overdrawn by less than £10.00. I explained my circumstances to Mr Elhedery,
the Chief Executive of the bank (HSBC).
(a). HSBC knew it was my sole bank account, it nevertheless cited that overdraft as grounds to close the
account.
(b). The account was duly closed, over my objections and my observations that: the paltry sum, the
circumstances under which the account became overdrawn, and the hardship that must attend such an action, deemed it
an unconscionable course.
(ii). Ionos, which hosted the servers from which I
sent and received emails for this campaign, under the web domain togetherwithourfriends.org, cancelled my
contract and threatened to delete the servers, along with all my emails which I could not access after they locked
my account.
(iii). I was unable to pay the yearly subscription on the web domains for TogetherWithOurFriends -
the name under which I had registered this campaign: I lost those domains.
11. I reported the cessation of payments by DWP, on such spurious grounds, and the effect thereof, to
authorities including: the Prime Minister, the Secretaries of State for Justice and Work and Pensions, the Home
Secretary and the leaders of main opposition parties. They ignored me.
12. On 17 June, DWP informed me it ought not to have stopped payments and that it would reinstate them.
(i). DWP did not explain why:
(a). the Decision to cease payments was made in the first place or why,
(b). for more than six months, it repeatedly and peremptorily dismissed my appeals, simply on the strength of
its own obdurate assertions I was precisely what I and the hospital insisted I was not: a prisoner transferred to a
hospital.
(ii). DWP insisted I visit its offices to submit a fresh claim; I am detained under section and was not asked
to visit its offices when I filed previous claims.
(a). The Government and intelligence services were trying to induce me to take leave from the hospital, in
order to have me arrested, on a pretext.
They knew I was preparing this website for publication and they intended to hobble that undertaking.
(b). I declared the plan to have me arrested, if I left the Hospital. I refused to quit the premises. DWP and
other parties, including the Post Office, appear to have coordinated,
with a view to continuing to delay those payments.
13. Plainly, the Government and the intelligence services tried to prevent me from publishing this website,
and the leaders of the main opposition parties offered their quiescence.
(i). I understand this is a serious accusation to make; I can prove it: I shall do so on the website-proper.
14. It is vital initially to focus on whether I have been detained unlawfully. This can be determined within forty-eight hours.
A complete website would then be built. There, these matters will be addressed comprehensively and all the evidence
will be presented.
