Description of the Campaign
1. Since 2013, I have been under constant physical and electronic surveillance.
2. It became impossible for me to carry out my work. For example: I was
unable to open a corporate account. The project
required a product supplied by Solifi. Solifi refused to
accept payment from a personal account.
3. I filed a report with the police: they
offered implausible excuses for not acting.
4. Finally, after about a year, unable to pay my rent, I slept rough for several months.
5. Facing death from exposure, I told the police I would employ violence
to stop the campaign against me, if they did not act. They did not.
6. In November, 2014, I struck one of the people
involved in the campaign against me. I was arrested and sectioned.
7. With the exception of the first two months of 2015, I have been detained since then, mostly under section.
8. I am currently detained under sections
37
and 41
of the Mental Health Act 1983
9. The Secretary of State for Justice may order my unconditional release, whenever he pleases.
10. Each Secretary of State for Justice, Since 2016, has been unable to show
I am mentally disordered or dangerous. They have, nevertheless, refused to end my detention.
11. I have been subjected to incessant harassment
and there have been several attempts to kill me, including
one of which is in progress at this moment.
12. My unlawful detention and the abuses against me required the complicity or quiescence of many
authorities, including the police, the courts, governments of this and other countries which, this website shows,
they did grant.
