The Ministry of Justice

1. The Secretary of State for Justice is responsible for my detention. At any time he may, at the stroke of his pen, restore my liberty, and the Hospital must seek his permission to ease restrictions on me, including to grant leave and to discharge me.
2. Since 2017, I have written to Secretaries of State for Justice, asking them to:
(i). produce a valid diagnosis showing I am afflicted with a mental disorder and
(ii). show my model for determining risk is wrong or that I have misapplied it or misunderstood its results, when I say it shows I pose no meaningful danger, and to describe the model they have used to determine I am dangerous, and
(a). explain why their model is preferable to mine.
3. No response has been returned to these points.
4. The primary duty of the Secretary of State for Justice is to uphold the law and to defend the Constitution - that means our way of life. It is difficult to imagine how they mean to do so while ignoring such matters.
5. I have also reported, to each Justice Secretary, the misconduct of the judiciary. When I did receive a response, it was that the judiciary is independent and the government can do nothing about it.
(i). In response, I explained that judicial independence must not be allowed to degenerate into judicial impudence. The Constitution, such as it is, requires the different pillars of state to hold each other to account. It has provided mechanisms for the Judiciary to be kept honest.
6. No response was returned to these points; Secretaries of State for Justice have refused to uphold the law and to defend the Constitution - that means: our way of life.
