Responses to this Website

Prime Minister Burnham: "Without accountability, there can be no justice. Hillsborough changed who I was as a person and as a politician."

President Obama: "...it bends because we pull it in the direction of justice."

1. This page explains how I shall deal with matters raised in response to this website.
2. Given the gravity of the crimes committed by the Government and intelligence services, the large number of countries and organisations involved, and the determined attempt at a cover-up, there will likely be all manner of attempts to divert attention from these offences and to stall discovery of the truth.
3. I can't imagine what they might try but, whatever happens, we must insist the Prime Minister immediately produce a valid diagnosis that justifies my detention. The more is said against me or against the statements made here, the more urgently we should demand that diagnosis be produced. I shall address all pertinent questions and points afterwards; let us not be distracted.
(i). The Prime Minister should be able, within forty-eight hours, to produce such a diagnosis or to state that it does not exist. I can't imagine there would be anything that so urgently requires a response it could not wait until after production of that diagnosis or a statement that it does not exist.
4. We must ask ourselves, and anyone who might pronounce against me or against anything here (and there is nothing damaging that truthfully may be said against me), whether, in the United Kingdom today, a person ought to be detained for more than a decade on the basis of false claims he is mentally disordered because of whatever it is they might say.
(i). If the answer is: "no" (and it must be), then we must insist all the more urgently that the Prime Minister produce that diagnosis.
(a). Immediately after the Prime Minister produces a valid diagnosis, I will address any pertinent issues: the sooner a diagnosis is produced, the sooner I can address any issues - having observed their methods for thirteen years, I am certain they will try to smear me.
(ii). Were I guilty of some reprehensible act, should I not have been called to account in public, under our laws?
5. Given the likelihood of some sort of smear campaign or other attempt to distract, I would remind people: until he returns a response, it is always wise not to believe anything said against a person who reports such corruption to the public.
6. Should the Prime Minister produce a valid diagnosis that justifies my detention, that would be the end of the matter. Should he admit such a diagnosis does not exist, my immediate actions will be:
(i). directly to start to address anything that has been said against me or any issues raised against me, if there are any. While nothing might truthfully be said against me, it cannot be surprising that a person who has been detained falsely and, for thirteen years, continuously been treated as I have, should expect only more lies, calumny, false accusations.
(ii). to prepare a website that will describe comprehensively the Campaign and make the evidence available to everyone and
(iii). in the weeks immediately following such an admission by the Prime Minister, I will hold three live interviews each week with the following people involved, giving them the opportunity to explain their actions:
(i). the Prime Minister,
(ii). Mr John Healey (Chancellor of the Exchequer, who was my MP),
(iii). Mr Charles Massey (Chief Executive, General Medical Council),
(iv). Sir Kenneth McCallum (Director, MI5),
(v). Ms von der Leyen (President, the European Commission),
(vi). President Obama,
(vii). Ms Badenoch (Leader of the Opposition),
(viii). Mr Farage (Leader, Reform UK),
(ix). Sir Lindsay Hoyle (Speaker of the House of Commons),
(x). Mr Georges Elhedery (Chief Executive, HSBC),
(xi). Mr Michael Dell (Dell Technologies),
(xii). Mr Alistair Cochrane (Chief Executive, Royal Mail).
(xiii). Ms Katharine Viner (Editor-in-Chief, The Guardian),
(xiv). Mr Chris Evans (Editor-in-Chief, The Telegraph),
(xv). Mr Erik Engström (Chief Executive, RELX, regarding conduct of The Lancet against me) and
(xvi). Mr Thomas Hass (Managing Director, Der Spiegel).
8. These are only a few of the people who have ignored these matters. The point is immediately to seek some clarification, if possible, and to give some impression of the task ahead.
9. When the site-proper is created, we will continue live interviews with other people we have contacted over the years - we have contacted more than five-thousand people and organisations.
10. Each person will be sent a list of the questions we will put to them, a week before the interview, to allow them to prepare.

We encourage you to approach the people and organisations mentioned on this website and to request their response. We suggest you follow our guidance in doing so.
