South Yorkshire Police
1. South Yorkshire Police appears to have fallen into the habit, periodically to outrage the entire nation -
Hillsborough, Rotherham, etc. Should anyone seek official responses regarding the conduct of the police, I think it
would be more effective to focus on the Home Secretaries
and Prime Ministers who have ignored the
conduct of this Police Force and those Home Secretaries.
2. In 2014, I took my computer to the police station. I reported the security logs showed it had been hacked
into, and I offered to leave the Machine with the police.
(i). The police said no law that had been broken: that wasn't true.
In their report they implied, unreasonably, that I was paranoid.
3. After I was sectioned, I reported to Chief Constable Crompton that I was the target of such a campaign and
my detention was based on false diagnoses.
(i). He must have considered these reports credible: a police Inspector and Sergeant visited the hospital
twice. They did not speak to me and I was not informed of their visit.
(ii). Chief Constable Crompton was dismissed by Dr Billings, the Police and Crime Commissioner. A court later
ruled his dismissal "unreasonable" and "unlawful".
(iii). The Inspector did not continue the investigation and has refused to answer questions regarding that
decision.
4. Since then, South Yorkshire Police and its subsequent chief constables have refused even to record
serious offences and unethical behaviour I have reported, though they were supported by clear evidence, including
CCTV footage. These include:
(i). battery and assault,
(ii). mistreatment of a patient and
(iii). police officers repeatedly telling lies that would impede the investigation of serious crimes, for
example:
(a). that the police cannot investigate my unlawful detention. They agree that, if the hospital does not
inform the Secretary of State for Justice there exists no valid diagnosis of me or that I am not dangerous, that
would be a crime. But they refuse to consider the matter because they say, even if it were obvious the diagnoses
were false, the Hospital would only have to insist the diagnoses are valid, the police would be unable to proceed
with an investigation because they are not medically qualified and
(b). a police constable denied the police has the authority to investigate certain matters. I advised him to
consult
the lawyers employed by the police for such matters and, if they confirmed his view, to have them speak to me. He
said the police retains no such lawyers and he, as a police constable, is the final arbiter in such matters - how
the law applies to investigations. Of course, this is a lie.
(iv). a police officer appearing to have information that could only have been gained by unlawful access to
my computer, which would have to have been imparted to him by a third party - he could not have retrieved it himself.
5. Dr Billings - the police and Crime Commissioner who dismissed Chief Constable Crompton - refused to act on
my reports of South Yorkshire Police's conduct: he claimed not to have any influence over the police.
6. South Yorkshire Police has made questionable interventions
to prevent me from holding it, the mayor and my MP to account.
