Sir Sajid Javid - Department of Health
1. While Sir Javid was Secretary of State for Health, I wrote to him reporting these matters.
He returned no responses.
2. When I experienced numbness in my extremities,
in 2021, I wrote to Sir Javid several times, asking him to intervene. I received no response.
3. I reported to him that the NHS Trust was refusing to divulge names and GMC numbers of practitioners
responsible for my care. He did nothing.
4. The FTAC is comprised of members of the Metropolitan Police Service and the NHS (Barnet, Enfield and
Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust). I reported the conduct of the FTAC
to Sir Javid, again, he did nothing.
