Mr Stephen Barclay

1. I wrote to Mr Barclay between November, 2022 and September, 2023, while was Secretary of State for Health. I reported to him the matters treated on this website. He returned no response.
2. I reported, to Mr Barclay, the refusal by the NMC and its chief executive, Ms Andrea Suttcliffe, to explain its decisions and to maintain an accurate register, searchable by the public.
3. I reported, to Mr Barclay, the refusal by the Department of Health to respond to a lawsuit I filed with the Civil Courts. That means: the refusal by the Department to recognise the rule of law.
4. Mr Barclay ignored my communications to him.
